9:00 AM – Windows/Door Section (NEW ONLY) in Event Center

9:30 AM – Nursery Section

9:00 AM – Storage Barns & Trusses

9:30 AM – Lumber & Building Supplies (2-3 Rings)

10:00 AM – Lawn Mowers – Lawn & Garden Equipment & Generators (2 Rings)

11:00 AM – Buggies/Carts (in Event Center)

11:00 AM – Tractors/ /Heavy Equipment/Skid Loaders followed by Attachments

11:00 AM – Vehicles, ATV’s, 4 Wheelers

1:00 PM – Boats & Trailers

Notice:  We will not be accepting any small items, or any other items not listed above.  We will only be accepting items listed in sale order above.

Unloading hours the week of the sale will be:  Monday and Tuesday & Thursday– 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.  NO UNLOADING on Wednesday.  Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM or until Full.

Note:  Nursery Items must have a Nursery License and Windows/Doors (new only) can be unloaded Thursday 8-4 and Friday till noon.

Online Auction:  We will be offering online bidding for Heavy Equipment, Skid Loaders, Tractors, ATV’s, Vehicles, Boats & Trailers – all items located in the far west equipment lot.   To be online, these consignments can be dropped off Tuesday, August 18, Thursday & Friday August 13&14 @ 8:00 AM -4:00 PM  We will be using Equipment Facts and Proxibid for these items.   

Terms:  Onsite Buyers payment due in full on sale day.  We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card.  4% Buyers Premium on all items; waived for cash or check payment on day of sale.  If bidding Online, a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each purchase.  A 7.0% sales tax will be applied to each purchase, unless tax exempt.  All items sold AS IS.  Not responsible for accidents.  Announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed material or any oral statements made.
