Whitetail Deer Farmers Fall Deer Auction

The Ohio Fall Deer Convention will be held at the Mt. Hope Event Center on Thursday August 17 and Friday August 18, 2023.
The following is the schedule for the event;
Thursday August 17
2pm – Doors Open
4pm – Seminars
6pm – Dinner
Friday August 18
7am – Doors Open
9am – Whitetail Auction
3pm – Games Open
6:30pm – Dinner
8:00pm – Benefit Auction
Tables are available for $1000.00 (8 people)
Tables purchases includes all the meals for the event. Each table wins a gun & gets 8 UTV tickets.
Individual Seats can be purchased for $150.00 per seat. There will also be plenty of free seats available.
10 x 10 Booth spaces are available for vendors for $250.00 (very limited space available)
Raffles prizes for women include sewing machines, $500.00 cash and a mixer.
Others raffles include: Boat Raffle, Side-by-Side, Grill, St. Croix Fishing Rod and Reel, Battery Chainsaw, Vortex Binoculars.
Bring the whole family. There will are lots of activities for all. The cost of the event is free. Consider book a room and opening a night or two. This event is open to the public. Everyone is welcome.
