Mid-Ohio Draft Horse Expo

The annual March Mid-Ohio Draft Horse Sale and Expo will be held at the Mt. Hope Auction the week of October 7, 2024.

The horse sale will take place in the Dean Beachy Horse Arena all week and the trade show and tack sale will be in the Mt. Hope Event Center.
The vendor show hours are as follows;
Monday, Oct. 7 – 4pm – 8pm
Tuesday, Oct. 8 – 8am – 7pm
Wednesday, Oct. 9 – 8am – 7pm
Thursday, Oct. 10 – 8am – 7pm
Friday, Oct. 11 – 8am – 12pm.
Vendors will be able to enter the building Monday, October 7, at 12pm,. There will be vendor setup from 12pm – 4pm. There will be no exceptions to these setup times.

In order to continue a successful week in Mt. Hope we’d like
you to make a note of the following;
We must have your vendor contract returned via mail, fax or email by Friday September 27, 2024.
Please adhere to the deadline to ensure your booth
space.
The contract for the expo is enclosed, please fill it out
completely and send with payment to;

The event center will be open at 12pm noon on Monday,
October 7, 2023 to begin vendor setup. We ask that you
please respect this setup time,
The show hours are then as follows;
Monday, October 7 – 4pm – 8pm
Tuesday, October 8 – 8am – 7pm
Wednesday October 9 -8am – 7pm
Thursday October 10- 8am – 7pm
Friday October 11 – 8am – 12pm (noon)
The show will close at 12pm noon on Friday, October 11. The
event center will then be open for four hours after the show
for move-out and will close at 4pm. All vendor booths and
products must be out of the event center by 4pm on Friday,
October 11. We appreciate your cooperation with this
timeline.
